Missing Daughter

Now don't get all alarmed.  She's not actually missing -  I  know where she is.  But I'm still missing her.

  5. I only have mine at home for a couple more years and I'm doing my best to relish them.

  8. Well... I'm not sure I'd want to relive the teenage years. But I know what you mean. Thanks for the cyber hug!

  9. She's getting her Post Graduate Degree in International Development. I'm counting down the days until Christmas when she'll be home for a visit.

It's hard, isn't it? But Christmas will be here before you know it. (Hard to even imagine when the thermometer keeps flirting with the hundred degree mark, isn't it?) Your daughter is a lovely young lady, and obviously bright, too, so the best is yet to come. (Honest!)

  12. Very sweet. And nice ambiguity built into the attention grabbing title.

Dry your eyes young one. They go, but then they come back. It's happened to me twice now.:)
